Coffee is traditionally grown in Western Ghats across Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.

Arabica vs. Robusta

Arabica offers a sweeter, smoother taste, while Robusta is more bitter and resilient. Arabica's costliness is due to demanding growing conditions. Robusta is hardier against pests and diseases.

Indian South-originated strong coffee brewed with ground beans, milk, sugar, unique to Indian culture.
